A classic soft-ripened Brie made from whole milk. It gets softer and richer as it ages, so it keeps well in the refrigerator and only gets better.
Our plain Brie took second place at the American Cheese Society competition in 2011.
Serve it at room temperature with crusty bread, honey and figs.
